Storage Cubes
Storage Cubes are a convenient and stylish way to help organize and contain the mess in your home. The living room, the home office, the kids’ bedrooms, even the playroom can be neat and organized, like never before. I’ve used storage cubes in the basement play room to contain all of the toys. Organizing them by type and choosing a cube to keep them in, has given some order to the chaos. Clean up is easy, when the kids are done, they take a cube, put everything in it, and put the cube back on its shelf. I also use the cubes for the kids’ bedrooms, organizing their clothes, books and toys in easy to find locations.
The living room has also had a makeover with cubes. A storage bench with cubes located below, keeps the shoes, glove and hats out of sight and easy to locate. Each family member has their own cube and is in charge of making sure their personal items make it back their when they are done using them. A large shelving system with storage makes a great place to keep DVD cases, books, and other miscellaneous items that we use, but don’t want displayed.
